• While installing the new roof, the boot pipe flashing was replaced with the Ultimate Boot pipe which is made to last the lifetime of the roof.
• Also, the chimney and drip edge flashing were updated with current materials and zinc strips to ensure a watertight envelope above the home.
• The porch roof was measured at less than 2 inches/foot to make it unsuitable for a shingled roof. Therefore, this portion of the roof was replaced with a rubber roof.
• Additionally, a new front door was installed along with new windows and siding.  Combined with the new roof, this gives the majority of the home’s exterior a new, sealed lease on life and considerably updated the look of the home and increased the curb appeal.
