Master Roof replaced our roofs on 6/19/2020 and also our skylights. In doing the estimate and initial roof inspection, they noticed important detail that others did not. In our case, not every part of our roof needed to replaced because of house expansion done recently. We knew that, but Master Roof properly distinguished a small part of the roof, somewhat hidden in the back that was an original piece of roof that really did need to be replaced . No one else noted that nor did anyone else point out the importance of replacing the skylights because they had been in place when the roof had been replaced before, meaning that replacing the roof around them a second time might very well lead to leakage. Master Roof spent time carefully matching the color of the roof remaining to the new roof. They worked tirelessly and very hard for many hours, late into the evening to replace the roof in one day. That level of effort is seldom seen. We have not seen in before in our 22 years of home ownership. Excellent company.

A big wind storm blew a couple of shingles off of my roof. I called Master Roof and Paul came out later that day to assess the damage. It was a small job so he quoted their minimum rate, which is understandable to me. There crew was out 2 days later to complete the repair. As bad as that storm was I'm sure lots of people were looking to get roofs repaired. I'm happy that Matter Roof was so responsive.
